Vision
Capstone defined is – the high point, or the crowning achievement. Capstone Psychological Services believes working on one’s mental health is just as important as eating, and breathing. Therefore, breathing practices, addressing nutrition, and setting goals to combat addiction, and other daily hindrances such as anxiety, and depression are an individual’s greatest achievement. For us, showing up, trying, beginning this journey, is any one person’s personal capstone. Working towards getting better, being better, and doing better is the key to Capstone’s philosophy.
